• The POOLGUARD MODEL PGRM-2 introduces "Negative Displacement Technology", a new sensing method that requires no adjustment. • The POOL ALARM is activated with an on/off key, remove the key to turn the alarm on. Once POOLGUARD is activated the alarm will sound if the unit is removed from the pool. • The POOL ALARM is activated with an on/off key, remove the key to turn the alarm on. Once Poolguard is activated the alarm will sound if the unit is removed from the pool — this feature lets the pool owner know if someone is removing the alarm without their permission. • The alarm will sound at the pool and in the home via a remote receiver at the same time. • The POOL ALARM automatically resets after 5 minutes of alarming. • The POOLGUARD SYSTEM can be used in a pool up to 800 square feet in area. • The POOL ALARM has a complete functional test feature every time it is installed in the pool. |
• The REMOTE RECEIVER comes with a 9-volt power supply and can be plugged into any 110-volt outlet in the house. Any door which allows young children easy and quick access to a pool area is dangerous and should have a door alarm. The Poolguard Door Alarm comes with two magnetic switches, hookup wire and operates on one 9-volt battery. The Door Alarm has a delay switch which allows an adult to pass through the door without the alarm sounding. When a child opens the door, the alarm will sound in seven seconds and continue to sound; the alarm will sound even if the child should go through and close the door. If for any reason the door is accidentally left open, the alarm will sound. |
