I ordered and installed an inground liner a couple months ago, and I just
wanted to say it fit perfectly, and looks beautiful. I'm sure you'll be getting
a couple of orders from some of our neighbors for liners after seeing ours.

I need to order a winter cover, and I was wondering if I need any accessories
for the cover or if everything comes with it.

We just wanted to say thank you for all your help and consideration you have
given to us during the process of purchasing a replacement pool liner.
We thought you might be interested to know that we are so completely pleased
with the sales help and attention to detail that you gave us, that we have
spread the word to our family and friends. Over this past Spring and what we

Pool is in. No problems on installation. It was easier than I expected
to tell the truth.
We'll be pouring the concrete deck around it at the end of the week.

Took a dip today! I'll describe it in one word, REFRESHING! Definitely
worth the effort in getting it together.

You made this one of the most painless purchases I have ever made. You
delivered even better than you advertised. That is a rare thing these
days.

As soon as we have photos we'll send them your way. Please give me a

and save $50 a month. I do the chemicals myself now too, it's easy. I

I received the pool in Texas and got it assembled with a crew of two men,
and it is just great. The parts were delivered on a pallet as you
described. A few boxes were slightly scuffed, but nothing was damaged. We
filled the pool over the weekend and expect to swim before the week is out.

I thank you both for your helpfulness in selecting this product, over many
others that were available. The only thing we will be buying in the future
is a slide. My grandchildren want one very badly, so you will be hearing
from me again.

pool heater from you 2 years ago ... price was amazing, delivery was prompt
and the heater works great. Your responses are very timely and helpful!

Just to let you know, the guy who does our concrete work came out and did the digging for the footing for the deck and the retaining wall. He was very impressed with the solid construction of the pool and said that he had never seen a pool that solid and that he has seen several pools. Randy told him that the pool was pretty much that solid before he added the concrete around the braces. Larry has done concrete work for several years. When he returned to poor the concrete footing, he commented again about how solid the pool was. Just thought you might want to hear a comment about the quality of the pools you sell from someone who really has nothing vested in it. Also, he asked Randy if he and the guys who helped put it together were going to go into the pool business as it looks just as good or better than the ones that he has seen that have been installed by professionals.
Let's just hope that the vermiculite bottom or 'hard bottom' looks as 'professionally' installed!!!

We think that Northwest Wholesale was a great experience. We have
never had such a great customer relationship before with any other company.
When we needed help you were there at the drop of a hat. You also advised
us on a few problems we were having. We never had to wait a day for a
response. It was always within an hour or less.

By the way we would recommend you to any or our friends or family thinking
about putting a pool in.

Now that I have slept on it, it does give me some ideas on anchoring that wall sticking up above the ground to the concrete retaining wall that will be on the outside. Thanks.

And by the way... I have been all over the web in the past year getting ready for this. I have checked prices, requested catalogues and tried to get technical information from a real live human being, but all I have received has been automated email or references to documentation. My specific questions have not been answered, until now. Just having an experienced installer on the "other end of the line" has been a great help. I commend you and your company. That, along with the "best prices on the web" has been the deciding factor on where I will be buying my pool, and all the accessories, both now and in the future.

I don't know if you are the owner or manager or what, but if you aren't, please forward this up the chain.
