How long for delivery of the pool?

Yes you can. The pump and filter that is included in the kit have the capacity to handle the gallons of the largest pool we carry. However, if you would like to upgrade the components, we would credit you the cost for the units and then charge you for the replacement items.

Our pools are designed for an overlap liner. You can specify a beaded liner, however this would result in an extra charge for the liner, which would have to be custom made, and there would be an additional charge to purchase a bead conversion kit to use for the liner installation. There would also be a delay in the manufacturing time due to the business of the season depending on the time of year.

We can provide you with a floor print or a full print liner at an additional charge. All prices vary depending on the size of pool you want to purchase. This may result in a time delay depending on stock and obtaining a custom liner for your pool. For more information on the liners we stock, please visit our liner section.

Yes you can buy the pool kit without the pump and/or filter

All our pools are designed for a flat bottom installation. The round kits can be dished. The liner will expand an additional 12". Anything more would have to be custom made. Our oval pools have braces that run beneath the ground and in order to dish the liner, the braces would have to be cut. This would void the warranty.

  • Choose a large area, as flat and level as possible.
  • Choose a spot on dry, undisturbed earth - do not install the pool on concrete, asphalt, tar paper, sand, gravel, peat moss, wood or chemically treated soil.
  • Sloped areas will need to be made level by digging away high spots, not by filling low spots.
Things to avoid - Do not locate your pool near or on:
  • Overhanging tree branches.
  • Overhead wires, clotheslines.
  • Buried pipes and wires - contact your gas, electric and telephone utilities to find buried pipes and wires before you dig.
  • Hilly and uneven terrain.
  • Areas with poor drainage.
  • Grass stones and roots. Grass will rot under the pool liner, and stones and roots will damage the pool liner.
  • Areas recently treated with oil-based weed killers, chemicals or fertilizers.

The manufacturers of our above ground pools state that the pool can be dug into the ground no more than 24". The area excavated must be greater than the circumference of the pool so that there is no backpressure on the pool walls.

Buttress-free means there are no side supports on the oval. Regular buttress pools have side supports that protrude 18" to 24" inches. With buttress-free pools, you still require 24" of clearance for the buttress, which is in ground.

For Canada, we charge G.S.T. on all sales. Manitobans, please add P.S.T. For all US sales, prices include duties and brokerage. We do not collect any taxes.

The side tracks are curved for structural stability. Our manufacturer has been in business for over 60 years and has found this design to be the most resilient for its use.

We do sell lighting for the above ground pools. You can go to a standard light which fits into the water return or you can adapt fiber optics. You can also use the perimeter lighting by mounting a track onto the top rail of the pool and then running your cable to the light source. Please visit our fiber optics section for more information.

Delivery is usually within 7 - 10 business days (a week to 10 days) excluding day of pick-up and day of delivery. Any orders for stock items that are received before 9 am central time are normally shipped the same day. The price of the pool is based on the zip/postal code supplied to us. The price includes all duties and brokerage. We do not collect any taxes. The delivery is paid for to a main city/terminal where you live. The order can be picked up or delivered to a business at no additional charge. If the order is delivered to your home the trucking company will charge you a home delivery fee for which you would be responsible. You have the option of having them deliver your order or picking up the order or having a local courier pick it up and deliver it to you. Home delivery is $3.80 per hundred pounds with a minimum charge of $39.90 per delivery. If you choose to have home delivery it is to curbside only and the truck driver will require assistance to unload. The shipment would consist of 10 to 12 boxes on a pallet weighing approximately 900 -1300 lbs. These could be removed from the pallet and placed in the back of a pick-up truck.
