Why won't the Turtle alarm go off after the wristband has been removed from the water?
The alarm sounds in active mode but not in test mode. What should I do?
My base station is plugged in, but when I put the wristband in the pool the alarm doesn't sound. Why?
How do I know the wristband is locked?

The base station will continue to alarm until the turtle is dry. To dry the turtle use a tissue napkin or paper towel and wipe the edges.

You may have to give your turtle a few shakes to get all the water out. Don't unplug the base station.

Replace your turtle as soon as the battery is wearing down.

Your base station is not picking up the signal. Try putting the turtle in a glass of water right by the base station. If it alarms, you must relocate the base station. The best place is upstairs overlooking the pool. If you do not have an upstairs try a shelf or top of a cabinet. Avoid metal barriers such as screening, fencing, and aluminum siding.

Turn the key until you feel a click. The dots should be lined up. Give the wristband a little tug.
