This series of pictures will show what is involved in a typical installation of a Swimming Pool.   Please refer to your installation manual.

The process starts at the Factory with the production of the steel walls.  The panels are 42" - high modular panels made of tough 14 guage galvanized steel.  All panels have a Z-700 zink coating on the steel walls to eliminate corrosion.  All panes are silicone bronze welded to provide a non-corrosive weld.  There is vertical and horizontal panel bracing with the vertical bracing at a maximum distance of  2' for increased strength and durability.   Our true radius panels for kidney, round and oval pools are mathematically and geometrically precise.  All panels are factory-shaped to the exact radius required so that no "on-site" pool manufacturing is necessary.

The excavation is one of the most important steps in the building of a swimming pool.   Ensure you have an experienced excavation company.   Usually there are several excavation companies used by pool companies in each area.  Our suggestion is to use one of these companies as they can help you to ensure you get a good excavation.

After the excavation is complete the next step is to errect the walls.  Once the walls are erected and leveled they are anchored with concrete.
