The PMRA reviews applications for registration on the basis of scientific information to access hazards to human health. Devices which are registered are identified by the following statement on the front of the label. “REGISTRATION NO. 00000 PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS ACT (PCPA)” or Reg. NO. 00000 PCPA. Under the Act, it is a violation to import/ and or sell unregistered “control products".
